Students receive lifetime access to the training modules, course materials, and applicable updates provided by Gold Standard Notary Training Academy.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the 40-hour program, students receive a Certificate of Completion from Gold Standard Notary Training Academy. This certificate does not replace or satisfy any state commissioning, licensing, examination, or other legal requirements that may apply.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, written content, graphics, assessments, and other educational materials, are the property of Gold Standard Notary Training Academy or are used with appropriate permission. Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or shared without written permission.

User Responsibilities

Students agree to use the training materials for their own educational purposes and to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when performing notarial services.

Limitation of Liability

Gold Standard Notary Training Academy provides educational training and does not guarantee that a student will receive a notary commission, authorization, license, employment, income, or any particular professional outcome. The Academy is not responsible for state commissioning decisions or legal, business, or professional decisions made by students.

Gold Standard Notary Training Academy provides immediate access to digital training materials and the student training portal upon purchase. Because digital course materials are delivered immediately, all purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Gold Standard Notary Training Academy.

Refunds Generally Are Not Granted If:

• You have accessed any portion of the course.

• You have downloaded any training materials.

• You have viewed an exam, assessment, or answer key.

• You have received your Certificate of Completion.

• Any amount of time has passed after purchase.
